The Cheese Corner : Pacific Rock Cheddar

This hard rind cheese has been aged for at least 6 months and has lovely flavours of nutty caramel and fresh crusty brown bread. Paired with a whiskey barrel aged stout the cheese complements the malt forward flavors of roasted nuts and dark chocolate. Not a very creamy cheese it balances the creaminess of the beer without over stating it’s presence.
