The Cheese Corner: Mozzarella

A lot of common cheeses you find in the grocery store are generally light in flavor, produced more for mass consumption.  These cheeses can still pair beautifully with beer. A light lager or American lager works really well with a creamy mozzarella. The effervescence of the beer helps cut through the fat while the mild flavors of both complement each other.
